Intro to Results Oriented Management & Accountability (ROMA)

Introduction to Results-Oriented Management and Accountability (ROMA) seven module training is designed to provide a basic introduction to the principles and practices of ROMA. The purpose is to assure that everyone connected with the community action agency network has the same basic understanding of the full ROMA cycle. The key elements of ROMA are also foundational for the Performance Management Framework.
